Minoushka Hesketh, founder, Octopus and the Peach, wanted to bring an elevated event experience to the people of Darwin through a unique event bar service.
Born and bred in the Territory, Minoushka, a professionally trained Pastry Chef, has lead teams across the food and beverage industry managing bars, nightclubs and restaurants across Australia and the UK for over 20 years.
Her strong ties to the territory has seen Minoushka working across key Darwin festivals, events, and the famous Parap Markets. With an inherent understanding of the service industry couple with her creative flair, helped create Octopus and the Peach; a fresh way to create a unique event experience.
